Lightning strike or transient switch would cause the phenomena of over voltage and over current. EMS61000-5 Series Surge Generator can simulate the monopole surge and provide an accurate and ideal basis for evaluating the surge immunity of the power cable, I/O cable and communication cable of electrical and electronic equipment.

 

1. Characteristics:

1)  Meets the requirements of IEC 61000-4-5

2)  Unique high-voltage source design that the test voltage is up to 6.6kV

3)  Built-in the single phase CDN which can switch the differential mode, common mode and the coupling path automatically

4)  The voltage peak and current measurement and limit value setting functions facilitate the judgment of the validation of EUTs

5)  The built-in voltage and current difference detectors and observation window facilitate to monitor waveform in real time 

6)  Built-in IEC standard test levels, and can program 30 data groups 

7)  6.4/16μs impulse magnetic field function (optional)

8)  RS485 communication interface and available test software platform.
